Duty tax

Please note that depending on the delivery destination, the shipping might be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged once the shoes reached its destination country and must be paid by the recipients if the shoes.

Delivery Times

As all of the boots are handmade upon order, delivery timescales will vary depending on the level of orders received at the time of your order. An approximate delivery takes from 6 to 8 weeks or 8 to 14 weeks for models with metal details.

Please note: Due to ongoing restrictions with Russian customs out of our control, we can currently only ship to a business/company address. Please enter a business address at the checkout stage and ensure you follow the tracking with the courier service provided in case they require any further details during transit.

Non-returnable

As all our boots and shoes are made-to-order or personalized, they cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind after ordering the boots, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [email protected]. Usually, we start making your order within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation. Cancellation is not possible if you start to make the order.
